Things you can do yourself to check for cancer

Now let’s see some of the simple things you can do yourself to check out for cancer. First let us see how to check out for skin cancer. Just stand in front of the mirror & take a look over your entire skin for the moles. Use a hand mirror to check some of the hard-to-see places, & examine each mole. The moles should be symmetric, & if they are asymmetric, then you should consult a dermatologist. Then, the border of each mole should be very much well-defined & clear, but if the border is blotchy or irregular do check out with the dermatologist. Also, all the moles should be of only one color. For checking out for testicular cancer, you can follow the following steps. Some of the signs to watch out for are, a lump in one testicle, some discharge or pus from the penis, blood in the sperm during ejaculation, & a heavy or dragging feeling in the scrotum. Some of the common signs for cancers in general are, a lump anywhere on your body, changes in a mole on your skin, a change in the bowel habits, difficulty in swallowing, any abnormal bleeding, a sore or ulcer that won’t heal, difficulty in passing urine, unexplained weight loss, feeling very tired all the time, & unexplained night sweats.
