Then you can include some sources of vitamins A, E & C in your diet, like, leafy & other green vegetables like as asparagus & green beans, carrots & sweet potatoes, apricots, pineapples, & even lemons, oranges & grapefruit, grain cereals, nuts & beans. Then, you should reduce the intake of some salt-cured, smoked & nitrate-cured foods items & also reduce alcohol consumption.
